The Salty Slab is owned and operated by Ralph and Kristin Stout. They moved to the Stockdale area in 2019 where they started a farm.
Ralph, a retired soldier, and Kristin, a retired teacher from Floresville ISD, wanted to give back to the community.
They decided to open The Salty Slab to provide fresh and delicious foods to the community at a reasonable cost.

Stockdale is a great small town and is growing. We want to be here growing with it to serve your needs.
